"Chop Wood, Carry Water"

BSP Ensemble Endorser

Chop Wood, Carry Water is a multiple percussion solo written for the Black Swamp Percussion Scholarship project. Material for this solo was inspired in part by a portion of the Chinese Buddhist funeral chant ceremony, as performed at the Jing'an Temple in Shanghai.
