Returns & Exchanges
At Black Swamp Percussion, our apparel and merch are custom-printed just for you at the time of your order. Because these items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a print defect, we want to make it right. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
How to Initiate a Return
Do not ship items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first. To start a claim:

Provide Documentation: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Review: Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping Only: We currently only ship merch orders within the United States.
Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
