Kramer Milan is a versatile percussionist and dedicated educator who serves as the Assistant Professor in Percussion and Music Technology at Boise State University. An active performer, he holds positions with the Waterloo-Cedar Falls and Midland Symphony Orchestras, is a member of the chamber group The Percussion Collective, and has shared the stage with artists ranging from Aretha Franklin to the American Brass Quintet. As a passionate advocate for new music, he has premiered over 35 works from contemporary composers. Kramer holds degrees from Yale University, the Peabody Conservatory, and Michigan State University, and will publish his first book on percussion history and pedagogy in 2027. He is an endorsed artist with Vic Firth, Zildjian, Pearl/Adams, Evans Drumheads, and Black Swamp Percussion.
