Ian Gibson is Head of Percussion Studies at Cambrian College and Laurentian University and Principal Percussionist/Timpanist with the Sudbury Symphony Orchestra. He also instructs Scottish drumming at Dojo University. A graduate of the University of Toronto, he has performed with the U of T Percussion Ensemble and is a founding member of several chamber ensembles.
