Dr. Larry Snider and The University of Akron School of Music hosts “The Noble Snare -Twenty-five Years" held 9/24 - 9/26. The festival celebrates the Second Edition of The Noble Snare, a collection of forty pieces for unaccompanied snare drum, commissioned and published by Sylvia Smith. Several BSP Artists and Educators (Liz Soflin, Joseph Van Hassel & Ron Coulter) are participating in the event which includes concerts, workshops and special discussions with over 30 participants from around the world!
