He brings this expertise to his position as a distinguished lecturer of percussion in the Orchestra Department of the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. An active performer and artistic director, he founded and leads the Gather Percussion Ensemble and frequently appears as a guest performer with the acclaimed Shanghai Percussion Ensemble.
