Holding key leadership roles as Vice President of the Zhejiang Percussion Education Society and a Council Member of the International Percussion Education Association (IPEA), Wenjia Xu is a prominent figure in the percussion community. He brings this expertise to his position as a distinguished lecturer of percussion in the Orchestra Department of the Zhejiang Conservatory of Music. An active performer and artistic director, he founded and leads the Gather Percussion Ensemble and frequently appears as a guest performer with the acclaimed Shanghai Percussion Ensemble.
