Cable Snare Units

We make the perfect snare solutions for your DIY drum, repair, retrofit, or upgrade. The BSP cable snares have a slim, easy to use design that does not need bulky clamps. The snares easily slip right through your snare gate, no matter how small, and connect to your throw and butt. Make a few tension adjustments, and your drum is ready to gig.

Wrap Around Style

Wrap-Around models span the diameter of the drum and pass over the bearing edge to help maximize sensitivity and response. Our cable snares are custom made and utilize a slim design that slips easily through even the smallest snare gates. Requires a snare bed in the bottom bearing edge in order to function properly.

Standard Style

Standard style models lie totally on the bottom head and do not pass over the bearing edge (similar to a "snappy" snare). These cable units will help make the drum warmer in character while also decreasing sympathetic buzz.
